The Casa delle Storie is a unique place in the Lake Como region: a historic rural home once part of the estates of the Marchesa Parravicini di Persia. For decades, it was inhabited by a farming family who worked the Marchesa’s fields, leaving behind authentic traces of Italian rural life from the early 1900s through the post‑war years and the economic boom.

Today, the house has become a small theatre of the soul — a suspended space where every object, every room, every detail carries a story.

The Time Experience, led exclusively by director and actor Stefano De Luca, is an intimate and immersive journey designed for small groups of travelers seeking authenticity and depth.

The experience alternates between:

• Guided exploration of the house’s evocative rooms

• Moments of deep listening and narrative mindfulness

• The warm, nostalgic sound of a vintage vinyl record

• And, upon request, a short walk into the nearby woods and to the ancient Rundinina spring
